Black Friday 2026 cold plunge and sauna deals: which discounts are real
Prices last checked October 30, 2026 · Refreshed through the holiday sales
The cold plunges and saunas we review, with today's price next to the price each one normally sells for. We have been verifying those everyday prices on the manufacturers' own pages since August 2026, so when a store prints a struck-through number and calls the gap a discount, we can say whether we have seen anyone charged it. As of October 30, 2026: no product is below its everyday price, and 11 carry an "off" badge against a list price we have not seen charged.
Not in the table: the Cold Pod XL, which sells through Amazon at a price that moves daily, and the quote-only brands (Sunlighten).
How to read the table
- Today is the price in the manufacturer's product data on the date above.
- Everyday is the price we last verified the product selling for outside a named, dated sale, with the date we verified it.
- Store says is the struck-through figure the store prints next to the price, under whatever name the store gives it: list price, MSRP, or in Plunge's case "Comp. Value". It is the store's claim, not ours.
- Verdict compares today with everyday. A real cut is a price below what we recorded. "Everyday price" means the badge does not change what you pay.

* marks a tracked affiliate link. Plain rows link straight to the product page and earn us nothing. The verdicts are computed the same way for both.

What we are seeing, product by product
Plunge All-In Gen 2 (cold only): $7,990, store Comp. Value $9,990, everyday $7,990 (verified October 30, 2026)
The page shows $7,990 under a "Fall Plunge Sale" banner with "$2,000 off applied automatically". The $2,000 is measured from a $9,990 "Comp. Value", which Plunge's own definition on the page describes as the price at which the same or similar merchandise has been offered for sale by other retailers, not a price Plunge charged. The cold-only All-In was $7,990 when we recorded it in July, in the August product data, and on October 30, each time with the same $2,000 badge. A correction on our side: until October 30 our pages quoted $8,490, which is the with-heater model's price, not the cold-only one. Plunge's 2025 holiday sale started November 3 and took 25% off cold plunges, so a price below $7,990 may follow; it would show here as a real cut.
Inergize Cold Plunge Elite Tub: $2,990, store list $3,990, everyday $2,990 (verified October 29, 2026)
Listed at $2,990 with "$1,000 off" a $3,990 price. Our monthly check has read it at $2,990 on August 25, October 1 and October 30, and at $2,740 on September 1, when the $3,990 figure could not be read. So $2,990 is the price it returns to, and the $1,000 badge has appeared in every check that could read it. In 2025 Inergize advertised up to $1,000 off through Cyber Monday, the same headline figure as today's badge.
Ice Barrel Ice Barrel 300: $1,149.99, everyday $1,149.99 (verified October 29, 2026)
No struck-through price and no sale. $1,149.99 in every monthly check since August.
Ice Barrel Ice Barrel 500: $1,749.99, everyday $1,749.99 (verified October 29, 2026)
No struck-through price and no sale. The 500 went up from about $1,500 to $1,749.99 in spring 2026 and has read $1,749.99 in every monthly check since August.
Sun Home Equinox 2-Person: $6,099, store list $6,799, everyday $6,099 (verified October 29, 2026)
Every Sun Home cabin we track has shown a struck-through list price $600 to $800 above its selling price in both of our checks (August and October 2026), and the selling prices in the table above are the same ones both times. Sun Home's own Black Friday collection page was live on October 30 at exactly these prices. In 2025 the brand advertised up to $800 off saunas for Black Friday; if that returns, it will show in the table as a price below the everyday column.
Almost Heaven Spectacle 2-Person (base heater): $4,658, everyday $4,658 (verified October 29, 2026)
No struck-through price and no sale on the base configuration: $4,658 in both of our checks (August and October 2026). It was listed at $6,835 earlier in 2026, so the current price is already the low one.
Therasage Thera360 Plus portable: $1,428, everyday $1,428 (verified October 29, 2026)
No struck-through price and no sale: $1,428 in both of our checks (August and October 2026). Our link carries the THERMALPROTOCOL code, which Therasage applies at checkout; the table ignores it, because the amount is set by Therasage and we have not verified it for this page.
What last year looked like
Plunge ran its 2025 holiday sale from November 3 to December 10, with 25% off cold plunges and up to $3,000 off, and started on November 1 the year before. Sun Home advertised up to $800 off saunas and up to $1,550 off cold plunges. Inergize advertised up to $1,000 off for Cyber Monday, the same headline figure as the badge its page shows today. We did not find Ice Barrel, Almost Heaven or Therasage in the two 2025 roundups we read, which is not the same as saying they ran nothing. If a brand repeats its 2025 offer, it will appear above as a price below the everyday column; if it only repeats its badge, the verdict column will say so.
What to do with this
If a row says everyday price, nothing is lost by waiting for the sales to start. If a row shows a real cut on something you were going to buy anyway, the saving is real whatever the badge claims. If you are choosing between two products, read the review linked under each name; this page only says whether today's price is below the everyday one.
Frequently asked questions
How do you decide whether a Black Friday cold plunge deal is real?
We compare today's price with the price the product normally sells for, which we verify on the manufacturer's page and record with the date. A deal is a price below that everyday figure. The struck-through list price, MSRP or comparable value that stores print next to a sale is the store's own claim; on most of these products we have not seen it charged in our checks, which began in August 2026.
When do cold plunge and sauna Black Friday sales start?
Early to mid November. In 2025 Plunge ran its holiday sale from November 3 to December 10 with 25% off cold plunges; the year before it started November 1. Sun Home already had a Black Friday collection page live on October 30, 2026, at everyday prices; its discounts in past years arrived from mid November. We refresh this page through the window, so check the date at the top.
Is the Inergize $1,000 off a Black Friday deal?
Not as of October 30, 2026. The Inergize Elite Tub has read $2,990 against a $3,990 price in our checks on August 25, October 1 and October 30, 2026, and $2,740 on September 1. $2,990 is the price it returns to; the $1,000 badge has appeared in every check that could read it. Inergize's 2025 Cyber Monday offer was advertised as up to $1,000 off, the same headline figure.
Is the Plunge All-In really $2,000 off?
Not against what it has cost. The $2,000 is measured from a $9,990 comparable value, which Plunge defines as what similar products have been offered for by other retailers. The cold-only All-In was $7,990 with the same badge in July, August and October 2026. As of October 30, 2026 there is no cut against that price. Plunge's holiday sale may bring one; it would show in the table as a real cut.
Do you earn anything if I buy through this page?
On some rows, yes: Inergize, Sun Home and Therasage links are tracked affiliate links, marked in the table, and the disclosure above the table explains it. Plunge, Ice Barrel and Almost Heaven links are plain links to the product page; we earn nothing on those as of October 30, 2026. Whether a row says real cut or everyday price does not depend on which kind of link it has.
Method: prices are read from each manufacturer's product data on the date shown and compared with the everyday price in our price map, which a monthly check re-verifies. Bundles, retailer listings and quote-only brands are not tracked. A price we have wrong: hello@thermalprotocol.com.
